Counselling
I provide counselling sessions in person, online or via the telephone depending on your needs and wants from counselling.
Sessions are 50 minutes on a weekly or fortnightly basis at a rate of £55 per session.

About
My name is Katherine and and I am a BACP qualified integrative counsellor with a commitment for supporting others through challenging times by providing a safe space for you to be heard, accepted and understood. A space in which we can work collaboratively together to try and make sense of your individual experiences and work towards helping you to understand yourself, your relationships and your world in more depth.
I have experience working with a wide range of different people, from different backgrounds and with different presenting challenges, from addiction and mental health to individuals struggling with everyday anxieties and concerns. I aim to provide a space where you can share openly without worry of judgement or expectation, a space in which you can be yourself and find yourself.
